They say it takes 21 days to create a new habit, and as of today, we're officially 21 days into the gratitude challenge. Which means... yay, a new habit is born! We did it!!
And even if you didn't quite do it — if you fell off the wagon a time or two along the way — listen, imperfect progress totally counts. All that positivity still adds up and makes a difference.
I've gotten out of and back into the practice of daily gratitude more times than I can count. And each time, I am amazed all over again just how much my perspective can be changed through the simple daily practice of writing down 3 good things that happened.
